The next evolution of F45 performance testing

F45 PEAK500

Building on the legacy of the iconic F45 Playoffs, we’re proud to introduce the next evolution in standardized athletic performance testing at F45 Training: F45 PEAK500 in collaboration with Red Bull.

F45 PEAK500 is a 30-minute hybrid performance event designed to push capacity, maximize output and test mental toughness.

The goal is simple: collect as many points as possible. 500 points is the Peak across all five stations.

PEAK500 WORKOUT FORMAT

A 30-minute Hybrid workout with 5 stations total, with the goal to complete as many reps or calories as possible. Members can complete this workout individually or in pairs.

Individual Format: Focus on your pacing, as you still have four stations remaining.

Paired Format: “I go, you go” format, so the focus should be more on sprinting, with the attention to quick changeovers and keeping the pedals moving.

Paired format: This must be done in a synchro format. Pairs must have chest below dumbbell head at the same time in the Devils Press, and the dumbbell overhead extension at the same time. For the lunges, the back knee must touch the floor at the same time.

Movement: Focus on “nice big pulls down towards those pockets” and settling into a pace.

Individual Format: Focus on pacing.

Paired Format: An “I go, you go” format, splitting the work accordingly, and treating it “as a little bit more of a sprint”.

Aim: 20 laps + 80 reps

Individual Format: The run is done alone. One foot must cross the line at each side.

Paired Format: The sprints are run together. One foot of each athlete must cross the line together. Barbell is synchro and must be at extension at the top together.

Focus: This is the last station, so the aim is to “empty the tank”.

Paired Format: An “I go, you go” format, allowing pairs to break it up how they want; the focus is on sprinting to get as many calories as possible in the five-minute window.

TRAINING TIERS – Step Up. Show Up. Level Up. There is no ceiling. Only progression.
